Taxes and customs charges

Sales documented as exports outside Türkiye are invoiced under the Turkish export VAT exemption. The final price for standard delivery to EU countries includes curtains, shipping, customs clearance, customs duties and import VAT. Our contracted carrier handles these procedures, and the customer pays no additional amount on receipt. This shipping takes 12–24 days after production. Express shipping or shipping outside the EU is available only by contacting us; its price and tax conditions are specified before order confirmation and are not automatically covered by this promise.

Production, shipping and transfer of risk

The currently displayed production period is 7–10 days, followed by estimated shipping of 12–24 days depending on destination. As curtains are made to the customer's requirements, this schedule is shown and accepted before payment. Shipping costs are displayed during purchase according to destination and order; destinations needing a special quote require contacting us. The seller bears the risk of loss or damage until the customer or a person designated by the customer receives the product.

Made-to-measure products

Check the model, colour, sewing type, width, height and quantity before confirming. Products made to your measurements may fall within an exception to the right to withdraw without a reason under applicable law. This exception does not remove your rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

Order changes or problems

For changes or cancellation, contact info@dantil.net promptly with your order number. We will explain the options depending on the production stage. For a defect or error, send a description and available photos to help us resolve it, without limiting your statutory rights. Do not send a return before agreeing the address and shipping method with us.

Refunds and complaints

If an order cannot be fulfilled or a refund is legally due, the customer is informed and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days, using the original payment method where possible, without a penalty for exercising a legal right. You may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts. Mandatory rights in the consumer's country remain protected.
