Price and charges

A single final price in euros is displayed for standard delivery to EU countries, including curtains, shipping, customs duties, customs clearance and import VAT. No additional payment is requested on receipt. Documented exports outside Türkiye are invoiced under the Turkish export VAT exemption. Express shipping and shipping outside the EU require contacting us to agree the price and conditions in advance.

Shop status

The shop is currently in test mode: submitting the form records a test order only, without collecting payment or starting production. Real online payment is inactive.

Seller and order

The seller is the company identified below. The purchase page displays the main characteristics of your selected curtains, dimensions, quantities, final price, discount and delivery information in euros. Buyer and delivery details are those entered in the form. This information must be shown before payment becomes binding and checked before confirmation.

Payment and formation of the contract

When payment is launched, the full order price will be payable, rather than a deposit. The contract is formed after the customer accepts the terms, payment succeeds and the order is accepted. A confirmation that can be saved is emailed with the order number, product summary, final price, delivery details and links to the terms. A test order does not enter production.

Fulfilment and withdrawal

Production takes 7–10 days and estimated standard shipping takes 12–24 days. As curtains are made to the customer's measurements and personal choices, the legal exception for specially made goods excludes withdrawal without a reason. The customer's rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain protected. The seller bears the risk of loss or damage until the customer receives the goods.

Non-fulfilment, refunds and disputes

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer is informed and any amount due is refunded within 14 days. Complaints may be sent to info@dantil.net or the company address. Customers may also apply to competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts without waiving mandatory rights in their country.
