We receive your contact details and messages to respond to you, and order and delivery information to fulfil your order and provide after-sales service. Data is collected through forms and correspondence, based on performance of the contract or steps you request before it, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the site.

Customer reviews

With your publication consent, your name, review, rating, country, city and uploaded photos are visible to visitors. Your email address and optional social media account remain private. You may withdraw publication consent or request removal of your review by emailing us; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Recipients, retention and transfers outside Türkiye

Our authorised team accesses the data needed to serve you. Technical providers supply hosting, storage and email services. Personal data is not transferred outside Türkiye unless the transfer conditions and safeguards required by Article 9 of the KVKK are met. If a specific processing activity relies on explicit consent, that consent is requested separately from this notice. Delivery details are shared with the carrier when shipping, and necessary financial records with competent authorities where required. Our forms do not request card details; online payment is currently inactive. Data is kept for the necessary purpose and applicable legal period, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights and preferences

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request information about processing, correction or deletion where legally permitted, information about recipients, object to automated analysis results and request compensation for harm. Send your request to the company address or info@dantil.net; identity verification may be required. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser. Social media links lead to services with their own policies.
